Master drummer shares his story of hope beyond child slavery.
RALEIGH. July11\, 2008 —Master drummer Bill Nathan\, a former child slave in Haiti\, will share his experiences and give a drumming demonstration at Ten Thousand Villages on Sunday\, July 27\, at 1\:30 p.m. Nathan studied drumming in Haiti\, Gambia\, Senegal and Brazil and has performed with Chuck Davis of the African American Dance Ensemble.
